At Lily Love, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
